With the goal of making his patients comfortable and happy, Dr. Jason Wareham, strives for outstanding patient service, cultivating a soothing and friendly environment where you can feel safe to receive the dental care you need and deserve. With extensive training and a wide variety of dental and cosmetic services, Dr. Wareham runs at the head of the pack.
Dr. Jason Wareham strives to make his patients feel as comfortable and welcome as possible, doing all he can to improve their health, their smiles and their lives. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), Dr. Jason Wareham graduated from the Roseman University School of Dental Medicine in South Jordan in 2016 and has been practicing in the area ever since. At dental school, Dr. Wareham was a 2-time winner of the Roseman University Lifelong Colleague Award and attended the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association® (ADA), the Utah Dental Association (UDA) and the Academy of General Dentists (AGD). Dr. Wareham continues his education monthly, focusing particularly on implantology. Dr. Wareham has a wonderful wife, Amy, as well as four adult children, Nick, Shannon, Kaitlyn and Kellie. In his free time, Dr. Wareham loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping and woodworking, as well as playing an impressive game of ice hockey.
Ashley became a part of the Silverwolf Dental Spa team in late January 2020. She has been working as a dental office manager for over 10 years and has loved every minute of it. She comes to Silverwolf Dental Spa with over 20 years of customer service experience. She loves the challenges her job brings along with working directly with the public. She is well versed with insurance and accounts payable. She is happy to help in any way she can, whether it is with our patients or her fellow co-workers. She loves working with such an incredible team here at Silverwolf Dental Spa. It is her home away from home. Ashley lives in Herriman with her husband and three kids. She enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing, camping, taking walks with her two pups, Ila and Jax, and going to a good sushi restaurant.
Madi earned her Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene at the Utah College of Dental Hygiene. She joined our team here at Silverwolf Dental Spa in April 2024. She enjoys getting to know new people and being involved in a great environment with great people. Madi’s reliability and positive attitude help create a better environment for our patients and our team each day. Madi is the oldest of five siblings. She got married in July 2024 and is excited to start her own family. Outside the office, Madi enjoys mountain biking, pickleball and attending sporting events with her husband.
Having been in the dental field since 2005 and with our practice since July 2013, Monica is an extremely hard worker who is patient, understanding and detail oriented. She received her Bachelor of Science and licensing in dental hygiene, graduating from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene (UCDH) in 2012. Monica loves her patients and the team she works with. She truly cares for her patients, enjoys learning about the news in their lives and wants the very best for them, both at home and here in the office. Outside of work, Monica loves quilting and being outside, taking any chance to go road biking, hiking or camping. She is happily married with three kids.
Kenzie joined our practice in July 2024. She graduated from Copper Hills High School with a 3.9 GPA and went on to complete the JATC dental assisting course in 2021. In addition to her dental career, Kenzie became a licensed nail technician in September 2023. She loves the family-like atmosphere at our practice and values the strong support system, including Dr. Jason Wareham‘s beautiful dentistry. Kenzie is dedicated to providing excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and being a team player. With over four years of chairside assisting experience, she feels at home in the office and looks forward to building lasting connections. Kenzie is the oldest of three sisters and one brother, with strong family support from her three amazing parents. Her hobbies include cars, dancing, doing nails and exploring her creative side.
Keltzy joined our team as an intern in January 2023, working with us from 2023 to 2024, and is now back with our team as a dental assistant! Keltzy graduated from Snow College with her associates degree in innovative livestock management and completed her training as a dental assistant at Jordan Academy for Technology & Careers. She loves being part of a team that feels like family, and works hard to assist our dentist and hygienists, keep our practice a clean and safe environment and develop friendships with our patients. Outside the office, Keltzy enjoys fishing, ice fishing, boating and camping.
