Dr. Jason Wareham

Dr. Jason Wareham strives to make his patients feel as comfortable and welcome as possible, doing all he can to improve their health, their smiles and their lives. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), Dr. Jason Wareham graduated from the Roseman University School of Dental Medicine in South Jordan in 2016 and has been practicing in the area ever since. At dental school, Dr. Wareham was a 2-time winner of the Roseman University Lifelong Colleague Award and attended the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency. He is a proud member of the American Dental Association® (ADA), the Utah Dental Association (UDA) and the Academy of General Dentists (AGD). Dr. Wareham continues his education monthly, focusing particularly on implantology.

Dr. Wareham has a wonderful wife, Amy, as well as two adult children, Nick and Shannon, and two teenage daughters, Kaitlyn and Kellie. In his free time, Dr. Wareham loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping and woodworking, as well as playing an impressive game of ice hockey.

Dr. Andrew Smith is excited about treating you here at SilverWolf Dental Spa. Dr. Smith was born and raised in Murray, Utah. He attended Utah State University where he graduated Cum Laude in 1998. He moved east to Boston, Massachusetts, to attend the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. In dental school, Dr. Smith earned the Merit Scholarship. Dr. Smith graduated from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 2002 where he was the recipient of “The Dean Lonnie H. Norris Award for Achievement, Professionalism and Strength of Character.”

Dr. Smith also completed a General Practice Residency from Tufts School of Dental Medicine in 2003. During the residency, he completed rotations in the emergency department at New England Medical Center and anesthesia training in the operating room. His residency also consisted of treating complex cosmetic cases as well as orthodontic training. This is where he developed the love of helping people achieve dazzling smiles.

In 2008, Dr. Smith completed a two-year course in orthodontics from Progressive Orthodontic Seminars. Soon after completing the orthodontic course, he was asked to join the team of instructors at Progressive Orthodontic Seminars. As an instructor, Dr. Smith had the opportunity to teach other dentists around the world, as well as all over the United States. In 2013 Dr. Smith completed a mini residency in dental implant placement from the WhiteCap Institute. His most recent education has been from the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, training in the use of Botox and dermal fillers to enhance a person’s youthfulness and smile. Dr. Smith believes that dental treatment and dental esthetics should be as comfortable as possible and give everyone the smile that they have always dreamed of.

Dr. Smith spends most of his free time with his family. He enjoys watching his children play baseball, basketball, tennis and dance. His hobbies also include photography and cycling.
